The full attendance rate includes
Three-day attendance for all conference activities
Lunch and refreshments during the scientific programme
Ticket to the opening reception at Royal Liver Building on 1 June 2027
Complimentary access to the LJMU gym during the scientific programme
Conference dinner: The conference dinner will take place on 3 June 2027. Tickets can be added when booking the conference for an additional price of £60.00
Day pass
A day pass can be purchased for a single day of the event. Please contact the organisers if interested.
Rates:
Student*: £90.00
Delegate: £130.00
Day pass includes: As detailed in the full attendance but reduced to one day
Optional events
PhD day: PhD students can sign up for free for the PhD day

Accompanying person
An accompanying person can be added to the booking. The person can access the conference activities (i.e., exhibition space, lunch and refreshments), but not the scientific programme.

Cancellation policy
Please note that cancellations received before 19 May 2027 will be refunded with 75% of the registration fee. After that date, in any case, no refund will be possible. No-shows will not be refunded.
